Herewith below follow the terms and conditions of Trimoon (pty) Ltd. Client refers to any individual or company contracting Trimoon (pty) Ltd for any work relating to design, development, social or combination thereof.
1. DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT ERRORS
Whilst all designs, concepts, electronic data, final artwork, copy, code, reproduction material and print material are carefully checked for accuracy by Trimoon (Pty) Ltd, it remains the responsibility of the client to double check all the abovementioned items as well. Defective workmanship or error on any material supplied by Trimoon (Pty) Ltd should be documented prior to the material being used for any purpose (Print, Digital or otherwise) . Trimoon (Pty) Ltd will supply all material and is not responsible for any consequential losses after final approval. No additional claims may be made against Trimoon (Pty) Ltd in the event of error on the material supplied. All right reserved.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION
You agree that your email, name and surname will be added to our database to be used for our newsletter. Your personal information is safe with us and wont be shared, sold or distribute to others.
3. ASSET PRINTING
We don’t handle any printing of assets, we only provide the files of the printable assets, printing is outsourced to trusted suppliers. Trimoon (Pty) Ltd will before sending any assets for printing get final approval from the client, thereafter neither Trimoon (pty) ltd nor the supplier is liable for any defective workmanship or error on any material.
4. DETAIL VARIATIONS
Whenever referring to “up to 3 detail variations” this indicates that up to 3 different individual’s details can be added to the specific design assets. For example: 1 business card design, BUT you will receive up to 3 different versions, with each individual’s details. This includes but is not limited to email signatures, e-cards and business cards.
5. ASSETS CHANGES
Any additional changes after approval will be charged for by the hour. Please note this will apply differently to the different aspects of our work.
DESIGNS: We will supply you with designs based on your client brief received, you will then give feedback and we will implement those changes. Any changes requested afterwards will be charged for at our hourly rate. (Excludes Colour Changes)
DEVELOPMENT: A basic layout as well as designs for your site will be supplied to you before development starts. Development for your site will be based on the workload quoted for and accepted. Any and all additions to the website including but not limited to pages, layout, structure, content and functionality will be charged for at our hourly rate.
6. TRADING HOURS
Trimoon (pty) Ltd trading hours are Monday to Thursday 9 to 5, and Friday 9 to 4. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. All communication will take place within business hours only.
7. PAYMENT AGREEMENT
Trimoon (pty) Ltd will provide each client with a quote outlining the work requested and cost involved upfront. Once the quote has been accepted there will be a predetermined deposit reflected on your quote payable before any work starts. We provide updated statements during the course of the project. Payments can be implemented into a payment schedule agreed upon by both parties or full and final payment before the project is completed/presented or made live (entirely project dependant).
Each invoice/statement will have a due date, as the client is responsible to ensure the outstanding payment is made promptly. Late fee penalties do apply. Our late penalty fee is calculated at 5% of the initial quote amount non-accumulative, for each day after the due date. Late penalties will be calculated and added to the next invoice and will be payable upon receipt. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned payment terms will result in Trimoon suspending/withholding any and all work completed or in the pipeline.

Trimoon (pty) Ltd reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Updates to the Trimoon (pty) Ltd Terms & Conditions will apply and be enforceable from the date updates were edited and posted.
